Emotional Intelligence and Success
Research suggests that the emotional quotient (EQ) is now a superior indicator of "success" than more traditional measures.
Emotional intelligence is linked to results or outcomes such as personal and workplace performance.
For example, improved communication ability means better business relationships hence increased profitability.
Emotional intelligence is learned so therefore these necessary skills can be improved and developed.
Understanding and working with emotional intelligence is the thread that runs right through the Coaching process.
